Fit any standard, pry-off bottle. Do not use twist-off bottles! All caps are the same quality, except for the oxygen-absorbing caps. These caps absorb oxygen in the head space of bottles, which may reduce oxidation and premature staling. All caps come in a quantity of 144 per bag.
Red rubber gaskets fit on the ceramic or plastic lid of flip top bottles like the kind used for Grolsch Lager. Good for dozens of uses.
Some Belgian bottles and Champagne bottles use a larger, 29mm crown cap. In order to crimp these caps, you will need a new bell housing for your capper. We stock 29mm bell housings for both the Red Baron and Agata cappers.
Belgian Beer Bottles. Amber 750 ml glass bottles give your Belgian-style ales a highly authentic presentation. Cork-finish — seal with Belgian corks (#40210) and hooded wires (#40211). Case of 12 bottles.

Corks for Belgian Bottles. Requires a floor or bench corker for insertion — we have found it helpful to use a drilled #6.5 or 7 stopper as a spacer over the corker's plunger to leave about half of the cork outside the bottle lip. Use with hooded wires (#40211). Bags of 30.
Hooded Wires for Belgian Beer Bottles. Tighten down to maintain a tight seal on carbonated bottles. A Champagne wire tightener (#7717) is highly useful for this! Bags of 60.

Wire bales for "flip top" bottles. Replace old, broken flip top caps. This bale assembly comes with a plastic top, a rubber gasket, and the wire. Sold in packs of 12.
Soft-sided LDPE containers can be used with a #6.5 stopper or universal carboy bung as a fermenter. Or add a spigot for dispensing cask-style "real-ale" or Kellerbier (only use natural carbonation or very low priming rates in a cubitainer!), or even as a poor man's growler!

The "Black Beauty" is a basic but dependable capper. A magnet holds the cap in place while the twin levers crimp it. Our "Red Baron" (Emily) capper operates in the same way, but is fitted with springs, giving you added leverage and smoother crimping motion. The Colonna capper must sit on a table or bench, is adjustable for different bottle heights, and caps with a single pull of the lever. The Super Agata bench capper features a spring-mounted adjustable capping mechanism, making it instantly compatible with bottles of different sizes.
The Colonna Capper/Corker caps 12, 16 or 22 oz crown-cap beer bottles and includes 26mm and 29mm bells. It also corks 187, 375, 750 and 1500 ml wine bottles using a funnel and plunger mechanism. No irising cork compressor.
Fill with precision. The plastic Spring Tip bottle filler dispenses primed beer via a spring-activated valve at its tip. The plastic Fermtech filler is similar, however instead of a spring, it uses gravity to keep the valve closed. We prefer this filler for it's cleanability. Fillers work best with a bucket equipped with a bottling spigot.

Design graphics and text by hand or with software, print onto this adhesive-backed paper using a photocopier or computer printer, cut the labels to shape, moisten, and press onto clean, dry bottles.
