Candi Syrup. These sugar syrups are used extensively by commercial brewers in Belgium. Amber, dark, and D2 syrups yield much more color and caramelized flavor than rock candi sugar. The clear, amber, dark, and D2 syrus are rated at 0, 40, 80, and 80 SRM, respectively. They will all contribute 1.032 ppg; use 1/4 to 1 cup per 5 gallons. Contains 16 fluid oz.
Clear candi syrup has a neutral profile and is ideal for Tripels and other strong, pale styles. Amber candi syrup has a butter caramel profile with molasses notes. Dark gives intense molasses and burnt-caramel character, while D2 has flavors of dark fruit and chocolate with a faint roasty edge.
Soft Candi Sugar. Not the large rock sugar of the past! These sugars have a unique flavor and aroma and are small in granular size to dissolve easily and quickly. Unlike rock sugar, they will add complex flavors that cannot be obtained through grains and other adjuncts. Blond candi sugar is excellent for use in light-colored beers, while brown candi sugar is perfect for an amber to dark beer. Does not contain molasses or any artificial color.
Preliminary SRM ratings are 0 for blond and 60 for brown; both have an SG contribution of 1.038 ppg.
Lyle's Invert Sugar Syrup. These British syrups are perfect for boosting the gravity of your brew!
Lyle's Golden Syrup - English liquid invert sugar, an authentic addition to many British ale styles. Boosts gravity without altering flavor.
Lyle's Black Treacle - A mixture of molasses and invert sugar; the Brits like it on pancakes, we like it in porter! Intense molasses flavor with licorice overtones, adds color, flavor and gravity to dark ales. Try it in porters and foreign or imperial stouts.
Munton's KreamyX Priming Agent. Use one package per 5 gallons in place of priming sugar for bottle-conditioned beer. A blend of DME, dextrose, and heading agent to aid head formation and retention in the glass.

Cooper's Carbonation Drops. An easy way to carbonate beer by the bottle. Simply drop in one for a 12 oz. bottle, or two for a 22 ounce bottle. Each package contains 60 drops.
Lactose. A milk-based sugar, not fermentable by beer yeast. Add to the boil for sweet stouts.
Rice Syrup Solids. Lightens a beer's body and color. Add during the boil for American-style light lagers.

Clover Honey. Clover honey is light in color. It has a sweet, flowery flavor and a pleasing mild taste. This honey is unpasteurized, heated to less than 132° F, and strained through a coarse filter.
Wildflower Honey. Our wildflower honey is light amber in color and is very sweet and robust. This wildflower is produced by placing hives in vast prairies and grasslands where bees have access to pure water and a wide variety of wild plants. The honey is naturally blended by the bees as they visit many different nectar sources. This honey is unpasteurized, heated to less than 132° F, and strained through a coarse filter.
California Orange Blossom. Orange blossom honey has a sweet and fruity taste that is reminiscent of citrus blossoms. Tastes a bit different than Florida orange blossom, and makes a fantastic mead. This honey is unpasteurized, heated to less than 132° F, and strained through a coarse filter.
White Sage. Sage shrubs grow along the southern California coast from Santa Barbara to Mexico.
