First Quality Corks. Our first quality corks are a hig quality, agglomerated cork. These "agglo" corks are made from uniform shaivings and unused portions of cork, and are mixed with appropriate food grade glue to form a dense, well-made cork. The corks are chamfered and are printed with a decorative grape leaf pattern. Please note our number 7 corks are a lower quality colmated (pore-filled) cork.
Altec Corks. Partly agglomorated (natural cork ground into tiny particles) and partly synthetic, Altec corks are very durable and ideal for wines that will be aged a long time.
Super Select Natural Corks. "The pinnacle of natural closures" — each cork is made from a single piece of cork oak. Straight-sided, non-chamfered. Recommended for reserve wines or ultra-premium kits that will undergo extensive bottle aging. Floor or bench corker required for best insertion.
Nomacorc Corks. Highly elastic, polymer-based synthetic #9 by 1.5 inch wine corks manufactured by a patented extrusion process, resulting in a small, uniform, closed-cell structure that acts as a superior long-term barrier to oxidation and leakage and will never mold or taint. Like other synthetic corks, Nomacorcs will not impart off-flavors to wine, and will not break or disintegrate. Normacorcs insert and remove smoothly and allow for upright or horizontal storage of bottles immediately after corking. Any type of corkscrew can be used to pull a Nomacorc, but we recommend a corker with an iris mechanism (like our floor corker) for best results when inserting Nomacorcs in bottles.
Champagne Corks. Natural 28.5 x 47 mm straight corks. Use with our champagne floor corker (#7716) and champagne wires (#7706).
Plastic champagne stoppers. These plastic stoppers fit 750 ml champagne bottles, and can be pushed in by hand. Champagne stoppers must be fastened with wires.
Pretty indispensible if you are bottling a lot of wine in champagne bottles
Tapered corks. You don't need a corker to get them in -- useful for vinegars, liqueurs, apertifs, etc. Tapered corks are sold in bags of 25 only.
Tasting corks. A short champfered cork with a plastic top. Good for vinegars, liqueurs, apertifs, etc. Sold in bags of 25.
Altec T-cork. A plastic-topped tasting cork made from agglomerated Altec cork instead of natural cork. Much nicer than our generic #7707 tasting cork. Sold in bags of 100.
All-Plastic Tasting Corks. Fits 750 ml bottles, does not require a corker. Good for vinegars, liqueurs, oils, etc. Available in bags or 30 or 100.
The tops of these tasting corks are translucent and come in many brilliant colors. You will receive random colors.
Double Lever Corker. The double lever corker is a good choice for the winemaker on a budget. Plastic and metal construction. Put the cork in the chamber, rest the corker on the bottle, and push down on both levers—works best if you've got a helper to hold the bottle still. Plunger depth can be adjusted by loosening the nut at the top of the corker.
Gilda Single Lever Corker. Handheld corker with plastic iris jaws. Use one hand to squeeze the levers that compress the cork, the other hand operates the plunger lever.
Plastic Plunger Corker. An inexpensive handheld corker. Requires some effort on the part of the user, so we recommend it for small batch-winemakers who will only be corking a few bottles at a time.
A floor corker is the only way to go if you make more than a one or two batches a year—they're sturdier, easier to use, and much more efficient than a handheld corker.
Portuguese Floor Corker. This high-quality corker has all of the important features of a floor corker at an affordable price: locking bottle platform, iris jaws (plastic), and adjustable plunger depth. Works with 750 ml or 1.5 liter wine bottles. The feet are drilled out so you can bolt it down for more leverage.

In the world of winemaking, screw cap bottles are quickly gaining respect. No longer reserved for cheap jug wines, many wineries are bottling expensive vintages in screw finish bottles. A screw cap completely eliminates the risk of cork taint, which can affect 3-5% of all corked wine. An obvious advantage for home winemakers is that you do not need a corker to bottle the wine. These bottles require a 28mm screw cap.
750 ml Clear Claret Screw Finish Bottles. No corker requred, no cork taint. Require a 28mm screw cap. 12 per case.
750 ml Green Bordeaux/Claret Screw Finish Bottles. No corker required, no cork taint. Require a 28 mm screw cap. 12 per case.
These 28mm caps will seal our screw finish bottles. The metal caps have a cardboard closure, and make a very inexpensive closure. The reusable Polyseal caps have a conical polyethylene liner for an excellent seal.
PVC shrink capsules shrink-to-fit on a wine bottle neck when heat is applied. For best results, try steaming them over a boiling tea kettle. Our capsules come 30/pack, and have tear tabs for easy removal.
Please note: Due to varying production lots from the manufacturer, the color of the crown portion of the PVC capsules may vary(e.g., Solid, Gold, or Silver). Please contact us if you require a description of our current stock.
Larger than our standard PVC shrink capsules. Come in bags of 30.

From Canada's Buon Vino, this automated cascading flow bottle filler makes bottling your wine incredibly easy — and dare we say it, fun! It contains a self-priming electric pump that pulls your wine our of a fermenter and into your bottles. It takes just 17 seconds to fill a 750 ml bottle, and it stops when the bottle is full. You can adjust the fill level to your preference. The fill jet works with 375 ml, 750 ml, and 1 liter bottles.
This is a gravity-fed bottle filler with one great feature — it stops filling automatically when the bottle is full. This features an anti-sediment tip for bottling directly out of a fermenter, a flow regulator for flow control, and an auto-stop mechanism with an adjustable fill level.
Save time by reducing your bottling, corking and uncorking. Siphon finished wine into the plastic oxygen-barrier bag, attach the spout, and place the bag in the dispensing container. Each bag holds 1.8 gallons (about 9 bottles' worth) of wine and will keep it fresh for up to 6 months, and the plastic dispensing container is compact enough to fit on a fridge shelf. Bags are intended for a single use. The Wine on Tap dispenser includes one pre-sanitized oxygen-barrier bag with dispensing spout, dispensing container, and spout retainer. Replacement bags are available—each pack contains 3 bags and 3 dispensing spouts. The spare parts kit includes an extra spout retainer and spacer clips.
