Its unique character makes it a versatile choice for various beer styles, especially hop-forward brews.

- Primary Usage: Bittering and aroma (late kettle additions, dry hopping)
- Best Beer Styles: IPA, Imperial IPA, Pale Ale, Barleywine, Stout

Background
Summit™ was bred from a complex lineage including Lexus, Zeus, Nugget, and open pollination. As the first dwarf variety produced in the U.S., it thrives on low trellis systems, offering high yields and resistance to certain diseases. While primarily used for bittering due to its high alpha acid content, Summit™ also contributes a unique and robust aroma when used in late additions or dry hopping.
