Product details

AKA Chico Ale yeast, 1056 American Ale is yeast starter is used commercially for several classic American ales and homebrew recipes. This wyeast nutrient strain finishes soft, smooth, and clean, and is very well balanced. Apparent attenuation: 73-77%. Flocculation: low-medium. Optimum temp: 60°-72° F

Liquid is way better than dried

Have had consistant good results using Wyeast packets. Perform much better in my estimation than dried yeast products, especially in cooler climates. Fermentation begins in a timely manner. For ales, I will always try to use liquid yeast.
