I used this in my own tweaked version of the Festivus Miracle Ale, and it worked very well. It's hard to say what specific flavours came from the Candi sugar against a sweet and roasty malt bill, danky hops, and holiday spices, but I can say all the flavours play very well together. A word of caution with this, as with any sugar, it can really dry things out if you're not careful. I had an OG of 1074, and finished at 1010 even after mashing at 155F and using WY1968. That's 86% attenuation! So keep that in mind when planning a recipe with this stuff.
