So far so good.

Finally had a chance to use this today. It replaces a Barley Crusher that had simply worn out. I had no trouble milling the grains for my brew day, but I do tend to mill very fine for biab, and I couldn't get as fine a crush with the Hull Wrecker as I did with the Barley Crusher. So I had to double-crush them. That worked fine though, just an extra step.

Super…

Used my hull wrecker just once and it was easy to calibrate. Hooked up my drill and went a cracking… very solid…

8 Lbs of trouble free milling

Works well and my Makita 18V drill powered it with ease in low gear. Processes grain fast. My daughter ran the drill as I poured the grain in. Caught her off guard when I first dumped the grain in, but after that we were off and running.

Very well built but…

Just have one critique, but I admit that it is small. The tolerances on the opposite side of the crushing area are a little large. Was having my daughter help roll because as many people with kids know, they love to be involved with everything. She tended to slightly roll backwards before each rolling stint, which unfortunately allowed a decent amount of uncrushed grain to bypass the roller and subsequently, the crush area, falling into our crushed grain bucket whole. Love the quality of the roller though and it’s great, just wanted to point that out.
