Makes great malted milk

It's hard to make a good malted milk with organic ingredients and the hardest one to find if the malt. This is a great source of organic malt.

This Bud’s for you.

I use DME as a yeast starter. The Briess Organic Light DME did not disappoint. The dry yeast started bubbling quickly and emitted the smell of rising bread. When applied to the wort the next day, the magic began!

Awesome

Made a really flavorful pale ale with this and some organic liquid malt extract from this site. Some Apollo hops and brewers gold hops in there too. Lots of drinkability
