Have done Chardonnay from this company previously. This batch is still in the carboy so I am waiting to taste.

Decent wine

Easy to make .I added cubed oak to the secondary , to incraese the oakiness

It's a decent wine but I'll probably stick with a traditional chardonnay going forward. Also, the auto syphon and racking cane tubing that came with my kit was not nearly long enough to transfer with the secondary lower than the primary. Hope you have like pumping for 30 minutes!
