Hop Heads listen up, because we've got a perplexing Conundrum for you. An abundance of alluring hop aromas, fresh, in your face hop flavor, and a bracing bitterness that bombastically screams IPA. Though it isn't. Clocking in with an OG of 1.045, its session strength - barely in Pale Ale territory - but the hops are so present you swear you were drinking a big IPA. So good, this IPA beer kit just may become your new Go To hop bomb.
Hop bursting squeezes maximum flavor into every IBU, and the low gravity makes the hops pop. A lean, clean malt bill puts the balance squarely on the bitterness, with a dry finish that steps aside to let Simcoe, Amarillo®, Centennial, and Crystal create a bountiful bouquet of citrusy, piney, and floral notes. The result is intense hoppy flavor and aroma you can enjoy All Day long.

AMARILLO® is a trademark owned by Virgil Gamache Farms, Inc.

Conundrum IPA

Nice floral note up front and drinks easy. First couple beers out of the first keg had some butter, that cleans up with age. And could have just been me pushing it. Will brew again.

My favorite IPA kit. It tastes better than the brew it clones with the hop bill being almost identical. I believe Voss Kveik to be the best yeast to use as it compliments the hops and produces a clean well attenuated beer.

So all went well and with conundrum ipa used Safale T-58, efficiency 95%,
og= .059. fig= .017. Initially the hop aroma and flavor were good (first week) but soon after started diminishing. Why?

Great session IPA

I'm not a big fan of the popular over hopped, over the top IPA's. This session IPA is perfect for me. Great hop taste up front without the kick to the head hoppy after taste. This is a great summer session IPA. I followed the instructions (no changes with the dry hopping). Ordering and shipping was top notch as always from Northern Brewer.

Canundrum Session IPA

This was a great addition to the tap room. Lots of hop aroma and flavor without bitterness due to the dry hopping. I dry hopped at the end of fermentation and let it rest for 4 days at 72 F before cold-crashing to 34F and resting for another 10 days. I would highly recommend this beer.
