For a amber ale with an English twist.

The color reddish amber, with a taste that is slightly earthy with a balanced malty sweetness.

Amber malts

First time using this malt. Made a 1880 stout per Brewing TV's All about Stouts episode. It uses amber malts instead of roasted barley. This malt has a coffee flavor and aroma without the roast. Will use again.
