The flaked corn arrived on time and looks good. I haven't had an opportunity to use it yet because 'life' got in the way. It's in the freezer waiting for me.

Made a dry brew

Used about 12% in my red ale recipe to make it ferment out a bit dryer and worked exactly as intended. Planning on making a cream ale with it next
