With a typical alpha of 2.0-3.5%, these authentic French Strisselspalt pellet hops are just the thing for making Saison or Biere de Garde.

Ok, but low alpha acid

I ordered with an expectation of 3% or higher but received 1.3% which changed my recipe a bit. I’ll just order an extra ounce next time.
