Mandarina Bavaria is a modern German aroma hop variety bred at the Hop Research Center in Hüll and released in 2012. As a daughter of Cascade, it brings a vibrant citrus character to beers, highlighted by distinct notes of tangerine and mandarin orange. Its unique flavor profile makes it an excellent choice for a variety of beer styles, from traditional lagers to innovative IPAs.

I used these hops along with a Munich malt to make a German SMASH IPA, it turned out amazing as these hops have super fragrant and fruity aroma.
Hops came on time and they were fresh.
This makes an incredible New England IPA with so much Citrus flavor and aroma. Combined with Citra and Vic Secret was a great pairing of hops.
