Product details

This bright showcase of apricot, peach, cantaloupe and lemon dives into crisp grapefruit flavor. A perfect complement to citrusy hop aroma, this IPA has stripes of ruby red grapefruit and hoppy, lingering bitterness.

An escape from the winter blues or the perfect complement to a bright sunny summer afternoon, each pint of Pulpin is like a fresh Florida grapefruit grove bottled up into a single refreshing serving.

Hoppy !!

this one has a lot of hops, at least a bit more than what I'm used to
still, it is better than any IPA you'd buy in any store
guess I've outgrown the taste of that much hops

easy to follow instructions

the recipe kit was well packaged, and the instructions easy to follow. Its a fun project and takes about 2 hours start to finish. Just cracked the first bottle (took about a month) and the beer was very good, with plenty of carbonation. I don't really taste the grapefruit, but the beer is good

One of my best

This is the second time I brewed grapefruit pulpin. I liked it the first time and I like it even more this time around. It's crisp, clean, nice and citrusy, with the right amount of alcohol. I will brew it again.

Grapefruit flavor is very subtle

The grapefruit flavor was quite prominent at bottling, but had faded to nearly absent after two weeks of bottle finishing.

Delicious!

The title led me to believe this brew would have a definite citrus flavor, such as the Summer Squeeze. I didn’t detect any, but the result was an outstanding brew that’s great for anytime of the year! Part of my rotation of brews now.
