Ready to attack your IPA, Barbarian yeast produces stone fruit esters that work excellent when paired with citrus hops. Barbarian will achieve what you need for an exceptionally balanced IPA.

*NOTE:*During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.

A hit!

If you're not using imperial yeast you're really missing out! I've used just about every brand this is by far the best! This particular strain acted quickly, be sure to pair with a hop strain that is either tropical or fruit finish. I used Calypso pellets as a dry hop In my secondary and the flavor was amazing.

The yeast was dead by the time it got to
me. Not enough ice packs for the duration of the journey ! As a result I had to flush the whole batch of beer. A refund for the grains and the yeast I bought from Northern Brewer would be very apropriate.
