Product details
Dextrin Malt
Montana Craft Malt’s Dextrin Malt is designed to enhance head retention, body, and haze stability across a wide range of beer styles. Made from higher-protein barley and undergoing a short germination process, this malt provides a higher concentration of dextrins and molecular proteins, improving foam stability and mouthfeel.
With a recommended usage of 5%–10%, Dextrin Malt is perfect for boosting texture and visual appeal without overpowering the base malt character.
