Product details

This new wine from Master Vintner is available now - for a limited time. With only a small number of kits available, you’ll want to get your hands on this aromatic and lively German-style wine before it’s gone!

Made in and around the village of Piesport, Germany, this white semi-dry wine is a close relative of Riesling wine and can be made of Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, or Elbling grapes. The Mosel wine region of Germany provides an optimal climate to give Piesporter wine a great finesse, plethora of floral and fruity aromas, and a crisp and exotic finish. The wine is produced from individually selected overripe grapes, resulting in a luscious and lively wine with hints of apricot, nectarine, and honey. The intense flavors hold a lingering fresh finish - one you won't want to miss out on.

Food Pairings: The moderate sweetness and juicy acidity make it a good pairing to serve (well-chilled) with a variety of spicy Asian cuisines, spicy cheeses like mango habanero cheddar, buffalo wings, spicy Italian sausage - and probably just about anything else you can think of with a spicy kick to it.

Sweetness: Semi-Dry | Body: Light | Oak: None | Alcohol: 12.7%

Good white wine

This is my first time with a German white wine, and it came out verygood, lightly sweet perfect with seafood.

Pieesporter Wine Kit Limited Release

Piesporter is an excellent white wine. It is light but very flavorful and complements seafood very well. Because it is a limited release wine, we patiently waited until it was made available again. And as I write this review, the second batch of Piesporter is fermenting vigorously in the next room. My wife and I highly recommend this wine from Northern Brewer! Frank F, Belgrade, Maine

Good quality wine

Have had plenty of German wines visiting Europe. This is just as good as wine I drank in Germany. Will buy and make again.

Master Vintner 2022 Limited Release Piesporter Wine Kit

The kit came as expected, instructions were easy to follow. I only used about 2/3rds of the bottle of wine conditioner to back-sweeten my batch, and bottled it in early April. I opened a bottle up last night to try it and was happy with the results. Not too sweet or dry and paired well with mexican fare I made for dinner. I believe this will be even better after 2 or 3 months of further aging!
