NB team is, as always, great to work with. Sorry the review is late (dealing with very ill wife). Just completed Primary fermentation of the Australian PN. The preliminary tasting is good. Doesn’t seem to be drowning in excessive malic acid. Thinking I’ll enjoy this one.
