I have made this wine before and it is excellent. Still finishing brewing this wine again. So far so good.

We are still in the racking process and won’t bottle for a month or longer. It may go into our oak barrel if we think it needs more time.

Malbec 8 Week Kit

Just started the kit. One big complaint is with the box and "ease of pouring juice into fermentor. In other kits i have purchased (not this vendor) the box had a slot that allowed the plastic spout of the juice container slotted into. This made it much easier to pour out juice without spillage. Don't know why the manufacturer changed the carboy design.
