This off-dry wine has bold tropical fruits on the palate and a lovely smooth finish. Our proprietary Finishing Blend Pack, combined with elderflowers creates a softly structured, floral wine with balanced crisp acidity.

Originating in Germany, the Gewürztraminer’s homeland lies in the foothills of the Alps. Like the Pinot Grigio, this pink grape grows well in cooler climates. Alsace is now the world’s largest Gewürztraminer producer, but it is also grown throughout the world.

Excellent wine

The wine turned out great. Although i deviated from the instructions. I used some 3/4 of the juice pack with the primary fermentation. I added the other 1/4 at the point where the instructions indicated to add the juice pack. I'm glad I only added the 1/4. As it turns out. The 1/4 juice pack made the wine semi sweet. A bit too sweet for my liking. It's still an excellent wine.

Met expectations.

1st time was the charm

This is my first time making this Gewuztraminer, and I am very pleased with the way it turned out. Per one of the other reviewers, I added half of the finishing blend up front, then added the rest after fermentation. I like dry whites, and this one is certainly not overly dry, but just right. I would try this one again.
