Great Riesling kit

This is our second time making this Riesling, and it's become our favorite wine kit. It has a nice acidity and dryness, and the Riesling character shines through. Simple to make, ready in 5 weeks, and goes straight into our kegerator so we can always have cold white wine on tap. I'm pretty sure we'll buy another when this batch runs low.
