Crisp, fruity, delicious.
Recommend bumping up the potential alcohol a bit before pitching the yeast for best results (add a 4-pound bag of sugar to increase the S.G.)

Definitely smells peachy!

Haven't finished it yet, but smells heavenly. I added a little sugar to up the alcohol a bit. It has settled nicely and is almost ready to bottle. I believe it is going to be a great summer wine.

Southerners tend to be peach snobs (aka peach picky). This captures a strong smooth peach flavor. I tried other peach kit. This is by far the best.
