2 x Siphonless Little Big Mouth Bubbler® Glass Fermentor

I ordered two Siphonless Little Big Mouth Bubbler Glass Fermentors from Northern Brewer, and while one arrived broken, their customer service was excellent. They quickly sent a replacement at no extra cost, making the experience hassle-free.

The fermentors themselves are fantastic for making mead. The wide mouth makes adding fruit and cleaning easy, while the siphonless design simplifies racking. The glass construction ensures no off-flavors, making it a great alternative to plastic.

Overall, these fermentors are a great investment, and Northern Brewer’s top-notch customer service makes them even better. Highly recommend!

Continuous Kombucha Brew!

I ordered the Little Big Mouth Bubbler glass fermentor for continuous brewing of kombucha, and this is a game-changer. Previously, I was using tall gallon mason jars for brewing kombucha batch by batch. The Little Big Mouth’s spigot allows me to draw off just a little at a time and replace it whe it’s convenient for me. The width allows the SCOBY to spread out nicely. This has been a great upgrade to my kombucha process.

Very handy fermenter

After brewing three small batches, I can confidently say the wide mouth top and built-in spigot make brewing easier. Two things to remember: (1) remove the vapor lock before using the spigot, lest you suck vapor lock fluid into the beer. (2) the last several ounces of beer in the fermentor will not drain through the spigot, so plan ahead.
