Great big paddle

This is a large mash paddle, much larger than I realized, it is however constructed very well. This is ideal for stirring something like a corn mash that will gelatinize and become very thick. It has a very wide head so if you are using something like a Grainfather it will be a little big for that.

This a very strong and solid paddle worthy of 5 star rating. I dropped it 4 star only because I needed to remote some burrs, which is not easy on stainless steel.
