My copper dome for my t500

Well I got it I opened it up it had a dent two dents one around the rim and one on the Dome. It was shipped damage to me I wasn't very thrilled they should inspect it before they box it up and shipped it because it was damaged before it was shipped. I tried to make a deal with them if they give me like $30 off I went out to send it back away another week or so for my new dome but they didn't want to do that so when I get back off the road as a truck driver I got to go send it in get my money back. Not willing to work with me that's all I got to say. And now they're going to review what I wrote down just in case they don't like it they won't have to post it
