Unfortunately my yeast's fart smell has covered up any of the flavor/aroma of this product but I am sure it was no fault of the orange peel. Delivery was expensive and took the full 10 days. Coincidentally, I ordered a table set from St. Paul and it arrived three days quicker.
Added it to the end of the wort boil as directed. The yeast ate the sugar and orange. Should have maybe put it in after the fermentation. Just my opinion.
Great addition to my American Wheat boil!!! Added it with 15 minutes left on the boil.
For a great seasonal ale go with these peels. I utilize the whole package along with cinnamon etc.
It's flavor took my beer over the top
