Taste good but...

The wine kit was easy enough to make and I think it tastes nice but my husband says it gives him a headache every time he has tried it. No, it is not from drinking too much.

A second batch

This came out perfectly the first time. It was, in fact, so perfect I made a second batch. Chardonnay fruit flavor is forward but the wind is not buttery like Chardonnays can sometimes be it is crisp and delightful. My sister-in-law drinks almost exclusively Chardonnay and she tried to buy some from me. Naturally I gave her some to take home.
