Like these hops in a dark saison I brew. Great combo with Saaz hops.

Styrian Goldings hops in an English Mild Ale.

This hop pairs well with the pale malt and specialty malts I used in the mild. Nice restrained bitterness that blends well. Very drinkable beer as a mild should be. I have not tried this hop in anything else but it might work in any style where you do not want a hop bomb!!!!

Not what I ordered

I did receive 2 Syrian goldilocks gs, but I had ordered (and what was on my packing slip) was 1 and 1 kent holding. My bad for not double checking when it arrived.
