Azacca Hops
Azacca®: a dynamic American hop named after the Haitian god of agriculture. Developed by the American Dwarf Hop Association (ADHA) and released in 2014, Azacca® is celebrated for its intense tropical fruit and citrus flavors, including juicy mango, papaya, orange, and grapefruit, with underlying notes of orchard fruit and pine needles. Its high myrcene content makes it a favorite for late and dry hop additions, particularly in hop-forward styles like IPAs and Pale Ales.
