BEST Red X® is a malt that has become synonymous with red-tinted beers and can be employed as high as 100% of the grain bill. Unique German malt with properties of both Munich and Crystal malts. If used at 100% of the grist, it creates a beer with an intense red color. Contributes a rich malty Munich-like complexity.
