Wow protien

I had heard Bries had a lot of protien but I didn't notice it till I brewed a mini batch. This malt is still a good staple base malt but be prepared to loose a chunk of it in protien fallout in mash,boil, and fermenter

i have scaled back by 2 lbs of 2 row per recipe good malted barley and my Hullwrecker works really well i get good effiency .
