Orange Blossom Honey

Haven't tasted the mead yet, but am very pleased with the quality of the honey, so am expecting great results.

Store-brand orange blossom honey was cheaper and better, even before shipping.

It's really good honey but it doesn't taste like anything special. That's probably me though as my husband said it was delicious.

Covid screwed with my taste buds.

Key ingredient to make my honey porter strong, dark, and sweet.

Orange blossom was amazing. Bought it for brewing mead. The light amber I got was absolutely garbage. Seals broken. Completely crystallized over. Tried using the microwave, which helped a little bit bit not much.
