Product details

Clean, crisp flavor characteristics with low fruitiness and mild ester production. A very versatile yeast for styles that desire dominant malt and hop character. This proven performer from California has become a very popular "house" strain. May yield citrus notes with cooler 60-66°F fermentations. Use for pale ales, IPA, cream ales, or other American styles.

NOTE: During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.

Yeast worked great. Its sad I wont be able to use it more often since my brew days are few and far between but it was a great experience.
