Bred from Cascade, it was created to meet the demand for bold flavors in the craft beer industry. Hallertau Blanc offers a clean, floral, and fruity profile with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, gooseberry, lemongrass, and white wine, making it well-suited for IPAs, Pale Ales, Belgian-style ales, Wheat beers, and Brett fermentations.
