Gnome Draft Style Root Beer

Been using Gnome root beer flavoring, with a bit of extra stuff to make my award winning root beer beer….this is a beer that tastes like root beer. None of the other extracts come close to what this one will give you for that true root beer flavor.

Will not try again. not my cup of tea. Thats just my taste.

The directions were a bit confusing, but I was able read the Q&A. This product has been a hit with the family.

It was pretty good almost like a&w not my favorite but was good. At the vary end it had a really odd flavor in the bottom of the keg maybe because I used yeast to carbonate

Brewed 1/2 the batch to see how the taste would be so could adjust if needed. Bottled as directed and placed in the basement sink and FORGOT about it for 3 days! Came downstairs to find 1/2 the plastic bottles had exploded ALL over the kitchen. After EXTENSIVE cleaning cracked open one of the remaining bottles and the flavor was pretty good but had a yeasty off flavor, which I'm blaming on my own error. Will try again of course and this time will be setting 2-3 alarms for reminders! Jim
