Brewmaster Brad's Notes: "Obi Ron's Wheat is a perfect beer for the spring and summer months, but it goes down just as nicely any time of year. Brewed with nearly 50% white wheat and a dash of light crystal malt, the malt flavors are quite prominent and serve as a perfect backdrop for a modest hop charge. The choice of liquid yeast pairings works wonderfully to accentuate hop flavor with a heightened fermentation derived ester profile, and a small Centennial dry hop step serves to really round out the aroma."

Very Delicious

Great ingredient kit and fairly easy to brew. All of my friends really enjoyed it, next time I might add some orange peel to make it more citrusy.

I used this kit but at the end of the boil I added 5 oz corn sugar and two 30 oz. cans of Kesar Mango Pulp (from an Indian grocery store) and then pitched Philly Sour. A lot of people tell me this is really good and they normally don’t like sours. It was so good I ordered 2 more kits. I’ll definitely make it again. May the brew be with you…
