nothing to say about the hop pellets, but coconut flakes float!

Instead of using the same recipe for decades, I ordered an unfamiliar ingredient - dark malt. I also prepared a ginger syrup, but used a lot of it in cocktails before brew day. So, stout recipe with added ginger/sugar syrup and coconut flakes. I love a coconut beer but won't try making it at home again. The flavor is subtle. The flakes rise to the top of the bottle, are oily, (a paper napkin swipe into the bottle before pouring all but hid this flaw from my friends) so not worth my trouble. Also, it tasted off after two weeks of bottle conditioning, but two weeks after that, improved. Think it was the dark malt that was the flavor that needed aging, but what do I know?

Great service, batch is aging nicely.

As always the ingredients are fresh, and arrive on time as ordered. I have this IPA in the kegerator carbonating. I'll have to follow up in a week to let you know how the additional dry hopping with mosaic turns out.
