Yes, Northern Brewer goes beyond the call of duty.

My last order was a longer than normal list. Besides many different hops I had ordered I did order 6 East Kent Goldings 1 oz. packages. I received only 5. I let Northern Brewer know and I figured they would just reimburse me the few dollars.When I mentioned that was OK to do they had already sent me the hops. To pay for the postage for a 1 oz. pack of hops is way beyond the call of duty.
