Warrior

Used warrior for all the additions in a big rich hoppy brown ale and was very pleased with the results... a nice earthy bitterness served as a nice counterpoint to the Munich, Caramel and chocolate malts and the later additions yielded some subtle but distinct characteristics that I really enjoyed... a hint of sweet citrus, fresh cut wood, some spice and and resinous quality that’s hard to describe exactly. 🤘🏽
