Wonderful and Easy

This was so easy to use for a first time brewer. The dandelion wine I made came out fantastic. My friends were thrilled to share. Love their products. Will definitely purchase another kit for trying ale.

Good yeast

Excellent customer service when I was concerned about product on delivery as it was warm. Worked great on a fresh blackberry wine with reduction from 1.090 to 0.996 in 13 days

Worked great

I used this to make some hard Komubcha and it worked great, no issues. Booch was pretty tasty.

Wyeast 4783

Used in a cider recipe and got the subtle sweet flavor I was after. No issues, but I did notice a increased amount of sediment in the bottles.
