The kit was just fine. I’ve used wine expert kits before, and this was just like the previous, in that everything was there and in good shape. Follow the instructions and you’ll get a Moscato wine. It was just not my favorite wine. I was expecting more of a dessert type wine at around 11% but after following the instructions to a tee this came out quite dry, even after the backsweetening. So, bottom line, if you’re looking for a fairly dry Moscato at around 9%, then this will be just fine.

Love this moscato, it’s not as sweet as most bottled ones I have purchased. Very drinkable.

I made the Moscato recently, and I thought it was a bit thin. But it is delicious. Brewdog333

I used these grapes with honey to make a pyment that was really good! I saved a little of the juice to backsweeten and it had the perfect sweetness and tannin balance.
