Kit was well designed. Everything I needed to make a one gallon batch was included. Clarity and color were spot on. Just bottled it today. I am looking forward to tasting it in the future.

great yeast

Worked great. Enjoying a great brew. Just remember to pop the yeast starter and allow the pack to expand before pitching.

I made a 2L starter with 2 smack packs. Pitched on a 1.050 wort and it worked great until 1.020 where it just stopped. I was using it at the optimal temp based on wyeast's website and even bumped it for a few days but nothing. I would pass on this one next time. Especially since now I need to pitch a dry yeast to finish up the beer.
